About this event:

I have just contacted the butterfly house about a tour date for members that would like to try out some macro shots etc on some wonderful butterflies and whatever else maybe flying around there.

Now this day will be on the 30 th March on a WEDNESDAY. Yes, I know, what about the working class. Well sorry, but the house is only open on Wednesday’s and Sunday’s presently.  If I were to make the day on the only other day they are open, is a Sunday. I bet they will be full of “tourists “. Can’ keep all happy. Now, on this day , if anyone else would like to go up early for some shots around Bribie, I know of a lovely spot not far from there for hopefully some birds that maybe flying around.

The Butterfly House opens from 10.00 am until 4.00 pm. Have been before and is worthwhile for macro or just general shots.

Entry cost is for normal is $12.00 and for concession is $10.00 per person.
