Personal Project Group Presentations. Entries close at midnight for "Night Photography"
About this event:
Created by Pete Law
Be sure to turn up for the 1st Club Night of the Year, Monday 16th January at 7.15pm in the Bracken Ridge Community Hall, to see the fantastic work done by the members of the Personal Project Group of the Aspley Camera Club.
These are photographic projects created throughout 2022 and now they are being revealed for the first time to be enjoyed by everyone.
The only reward that these dedicated members receive, apart from their own personal satisfaction, is to show the work to the wider photographic community. Hopefully it will inspire you to join the “PPG” this year. It kicks off on Monday 27th February in the Bracken Ridge Library.
If you have never been a part of the PPG, now will be your opportunity to signup for 2023.
Think Outside the Box…Satisfaction Guaranteed!
Come along, members of other clubs are most welcome. $4 at the door.
Pete.
Entries close at midnight for the your entries for “Night Photography” to be judged on Monday 6th February. Don’t forget to bring your print entries.
Definition for Night Photography – Refers to the activity of capturing images outdoors at night, between dusk and dawn. Images taken at twilight during the so called “blue hour” before sunrise or after sunset are not acceptable. The intent is to have a true night-time image without any residual daylight or sunlight.
